Ajang penghargaan program televisi Emmy Awards akan kembali digelar untuk yang ke-73 kali pada 19 September 2021 mendatang. Sederet program televisi favorit penonton pun mengisi banyak kategori nominasi, seperti outstanding series, directing, costume, music, visual effects, dan lain-lain, yang telah diumumkan hari Selasa (13/7) kemarin. 

Serial original Netflix, seperti The Queen’s Gambit, The Mandalorian dari Disney+, serial Hulu, seperti The Handmaid’s Tale, dan serial TV lainnya dari platform streaming online berbayar tampak mendominasi nominasi dari kategori-kategori Emmy Awards ke-73 itu.
